While scrolling through TikTok the other day I saw a comment that said, “FINALLY–– someone that explains what shadow work is and how to do it. Everyone’s just like ‘do shadow work.’ But HOW?”
I felt that.

An Ending is Necessary for New Beginnings

The 2 of Swords: Overcoming Temporary Blocks for a Permanent Solution | #076

Welcome back to Creating Consciousness: A Spiritual and Intuitive Tarot Podcast! In today's episode, Rebecca leads the collective listeners in an energetic forecast guided by the Two of Swords tarot card.
As Rebecca begins this episode, Spirit redirects her from her original plan. Spirit takes her to the image of a two dimensional triangle and how this creates a model for the energy of the 2 of Swords tarot card. Rebecca, in an effort to try her best to describe a message she has never received before, explains to the listeners a concept of triangular healing. That although the 2 of Swords indicates a stalemate or impasse, if there are two people involved in conflict or avoidance, they need to take time individually to look in the mirror and heal before uniting at the center point of the triangle-- the place where transcendence is reached.

The 4 of Cups: Stop ******* Pouting | #074

Welcome back to Creating Consciousness: A Spiritual and Intuitive Tarot Podcast! In today's episode, Rebecca leads the collective listeners in an energetic forecast guided by the Four of Cups tarot card.
Rebecca leads the viewers to pull up a picture of the Rider Waite depiction of this card and leads them on a journey as explain the imagery in this card and what it means. With Spirits help, she shares that sometimes we are the man in the picture and that we deal with bouts of ungratefulness. She shares that the only way to combat this is through gratitude. Once we begin being grateful for what we have, we are able to see that the Universe is just waiting to provide us with even more abundance! But sometimes, especially in Mercury Retrograde, we need to meditate before we take any action. Spirit instructs that today is a wonderful day for meditation and just being with the breath... Rebecca compares this to the time Buddha sat under the Bodhi tree and how important that was in his time achieving enlightenment.
